Experience Through Their Eyes

CasaBori is like stepping into la isla de Puerto Rico. The smell of fresh pernil coming out the oven had us hypnotized. We knew just what we wanted, pernil and arroz con gandules. The rice had such delicious taste and juicy pork. The alcapurias took us back home to Salinas made from green banana. The atmosphere is happy and clean the prices are very reasonable for the amount you get. I hope this place only grows a big restaurant filled with Boricua spice!

First time here and we will absolutely be back. The pork shoulder and grilled chicken were so tender and so flavorful. Rice was delicious. We tried the cheesesteak pastelillo which was also great.

Great experience food was top notch! Service was great from freshly fried pork bellies to pork chunks! The entire menu looked good. As a fried plantain lover I liked they had both ripe and green options. Similar to the sauce, both rojo and verde sauces were available. Con: size of the restaurant was tiny. Hopefully one day they get a larger location

Casa BORI is absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish we tried was packed with flavor and tasted truly homemade. We had the tostones, pork chop, and carne guisada with white rice, yellow rice, and beans everything was cooked perfectly and was incredibly satisfying. The buffalo chicken empanadas were to die for, and the beef empanadas were excellent as well. You can really tell the food is made with care and tradition. The restaurant itself is very clean, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel right at home. There's also an amazing homemade hot sauce on the table that is insanely good they seriously need to bottle and sell it! Highly, highly recommended. If you're looking for authentic Puerto Rican food done right, this place is a must-visit.
